Assistance with travel/ transport
Our support workers are experienced drivers versed in the correct usage of assistive vehicles.
Under this service, our support workers will –
- Drive you to and fro from work/school.
- Help with your commutes to your local library, parks, shopping complex, etc.
- Take you for your medical appointments and pharmacy visits.
- Teach you the correct usage of the assistive vehicles provided by the NDIS.
- Accompany you for your weekend trips and getaways.
We will assign you a support worker with a valid driver’s licence who will always secure you a safe ride. Whether you want them to drive or wish them to accompany you while you drive, your support workers will take care of all your requirements.
